Bannis les phrases complexes et difficiles à comprendre, et les passages trop familiers peuvent être reformulés, les répétitions sont supprimées, les liens manquants sont rétablis dans le cas d’un site internet. Dans certains cas, le texte peut être complété et les paragraphes réarrangés pour améliorer la cohérence.
